(and for some reason only to you) because I have felt comfortable
enough these last four months to do so. I have never developed such
trust with someone so quickly. Almost a brotherly bond. How did that
happen?

Hi Jay:

You were so right :-)

I sent the e-mail with all the corrections and got a phone call back and we agreed on me making the addendum :-)

I am so sorry for not responding sooner.  I had some difficult personal issues to deal with.  I did take your offer below and presented it now.  I really like it and you gave me some great suggestions, especially about the part that I could share the artists merchandise.

And yes, I am sooooo glad I have found you.  I feel more confident working those deal with your guidance.

Will let you know about the outcome soon and I may need your guidance again when I hear back from the artists.

Not having had an agent to represent me in the past, I had just become conditioned to getting the runaround and never knowing if anyone is even going to bother to listen.  But with you, things are different....I'm really grateful to you for having decided to take me on,  and it's really nice that we've developed a solid working relationship.  Thanks so much for the encouragement.

I may have a manager represent me that I met in NY, His name is Brian Lieberman and has Lieberman entertainment, set up by a rep from Lionsgate.  I'll keep you posted.  Also Paradigm seem interested, the guy I met with wants me in, but they have just culled about 70 actors and are not really looking to put anyone else on, he's going to push for me, but said it's not his decision, it's a total committee.
